Leek and Potato Soup
Ingredients
2 lb Leeks
2 lb Potatoes
2 onions
1/2 pints of milk
1 1/2 pints of vegetable stock
Seasoning
Method
Chop all vegeables and add to warm stock.
Simmer for 30 minutes
Save half of the vegetables to one side and belnd the rest.
Return vegetables to soup.
Add milk and season to taste
